Safety issues such as electrical hazards, structural and foundation problems, termites, rodents, other infestations, water and moisture problems, environmental concerns and fire protection are addressed

When the inspection is complete, you will receive an overview of any main concerns.  The inspection report is completed the day of the inspection.  After reviewing the report you should feel more confident and assured about the property being purchased or sold. You are always free to call me at any time should you have a question about the report, or any parts of the inspection. I take great pride in customer service and believe you should be completely satisfied with our services. 

 

Cost for your inspection:

Expect to pay anywhere from $350 to $600 on services depending on which inspection services you choose to perform. My clients have told me that this is the best investment they ever made especially when an inspection may reveal thousands of dollars worth of damage that would have gone undetected had they waived their inspections.  

Do not compromise a quality inspection to save a few dollars. The price to pay in the long run is not worth it.
